How much does shipping cost?
All orders under $70 before tax will be charged $7 flat rate shipping fee worldwide. All orders over $70 before tax will receive FREE shipping worldwide.
When will I receive my order?
All orders will be processed and sent out within 3 business days. Below is an estimate of shipping time. Please keep in mind that this is an estimate only. For international package, we do not have any control over customs. There are occasions where the package may be held a bit longer for processing. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or the post office. Please take caution when you order during peak seasons!

I live nearby, can I pick up my order?
We have a free local delivery option for those living in the Hamilton area. Simply select the option "FREE Local Delivery" during check out. All local delivery will be scheduled for delivery within three business days. Please provide a phone number as we will need to communicate our delivery schedule with you.
What's your return policy?
Returns are currently not available.
We do offer exchange for items that are defective, damaged or if there's an error in your order on our part. We're not responsible for lost/stolen packages, errors at the post office, mistakes in addresses (double check the shipping address before you complete your purchase!) or if your pin falls off.

Where are you guys located?
We're located in the ambitious city of Hamilton, Ontario, Canada. We travel to different festivals and events throughout Hamilton and GTA area. Please follow us our Instagram and Facebook for updates!
How are your artists paid?
Our artists are paid based on the kind of product they provide us. If it is a product they had designed, developed and manufactured under their own brand we source these products via wholesale and the artists are paid 100% upfront. For our MUKA originals, our artists are signed onto a contract where they will continuously earn royalties for as long as that item is being sold.
How do I work with MUKA as an artist?
We're always super eager to find new artists to make magic with! Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and our lovely curator Lisa will get in contact with you within 2 business days.
How do I unsubscribe from your mailing list?
We understand sometimes inboxes can be flooded with newsletters. You can unsubscribe by clicking the unsubscribe button on the bottom of a newsletter.
